Acceptable Forms of ID
Two forms of ID are required for us to accept mail for boxholders. The primary ID must include a clear photograph and be current. The secondary ID is used to verify your physical address and must also be current. One ID cannot be used for both categories.
U.S. Driver’s License or State ID card
U.S. Passport
Military ID
Government-issued ID (federal, state, or tribal)
University or college student ID
Alien registration card, certificate of naturalization, or passport card
Certain trusted traveler cards like NEXUS or Matricula Consular (with U.S. visa or entry stamp if foreign-issued)
The primary ID cannot be expired, and digital or electronic copies are not accepted. It must clearly identify the individual applying for the PO Box and match the name on the application form.

Home or vehicle insurance policy
This document must show a physical address; PO Boxes alone are not sufficient. If you do not have a lease or mortgage, a voter or vehicle registration card can serve as proof of address
